A Brief Biography about the Founder Amb. Dr. Bernardette Erommaose Nwokoro (ECOWAS Youth Ambassador), ECOLERITE INSTITUTE FOR PEACE ADVANCEMENT (FELLOW) & Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Prowess University Delaware USA)

Bernardette Nwokoro Eromma was born into the family of Chief and Mrs PS Nwokoro From Ime-Obi Agbor Delta state

She is from a family of seven, two boys and five girls, she attended Emotan Primary school in Benin city and later moved to Agbor Delta State, her home town where she completed her primary education at Alasi Primary School and proceeded to Marymount College for her Secondary Education.

Amb. Dr. Bernardatte is a graduate of Delta State University in Linguistics Studies (English Major), She undergo her Compulsory Youth Service at Ebonyi State House of Assembly.

During her NYSC days, she was in a CDS group called the dance and drama group where she did the State so proud as they came first in the annual State competition , not forgetting to mention back in college, she was an athlete and a one time President of the Atilogu dance group as well.

After service she moved back to Lagos where she was discovered by the Isis Modelling Agency and she landed her first job as a beauty queen
(Miss Asoebi) from that point it has been one job to another, from walking the Nigeria runway down to the Johannesburg Mercedes Fashion week to Arise Fashion week to mention but a few, she also co- organised some events like Miss Tourism Nigeria and beats of style.

While been a model she had a 9-5 job to balance up. She worked at Remlords Car hire service (fleet Management ) worked as a marketer to the rental company where cars were rented, airline ticketing and car tracking services.

From there she moved to the hospitality industry and worked at Sweetlife homes, a boutique Hotel located in Jakande Lagos, she was the head of the marketing team, worked there for some time before leaving for a bigger group.

In 2013 she started working at the prestigious Lagos Oriental Hotel (Owned my the Wempco Group) as a Banquet Sales representative,
She worked as a sales representative and also as a model and the management of the hotel was so understanding and accommodating, when she had her events they allowed her some time off to travel for fashion weeks.

It went on for some years before she hung her heels and decided to focus fully on the job.

According to her; she learned a lot on the job, learnt how to plan and execute events without complains, handled weddings, conferences and meetings from start to finish with no supervision. I started working more on myself to become indispensable, someone you can rely on, someone you can trust. I grow on the job daily, from contract staff I was made full staff with benefits, and now I am the banquet Sales Manger at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, I then remembered during the interview the then Human Resource Manager now the Managing Director asked me where I saw myself in 5 years and I told him to head a Department and at that time I never knew I was speaking it into existence and now it became my reality.

I have been honored with prestigious awards from Isis models for my outstanding performance in the modeling industry, Women Economic Forum for the Exceptional Women of Excellence Award and also from Nigeria Achievers award for the most outstanding personality in hospitality.
Recently got inducted into ECOLERITE INSTITUTE FOR PEACE AVANCEMENT (FEIPA) And Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Honoris Causa) From Prowess University Delaware USA
Also Got inducted in to the West Africa Youth Council as The West Africa Youth Ambassador

On the other hand, she does quite a lot of individual charity works of which she believes It is a means of fostering empathy, social cohesion, and strengthening communities, because it gives a sense of purpose and helps make the world a better place for people in need. However she prefers it quiet and very private, no media , no camera because she is a strong believer of when giving do not let your right hand know what your left hand is doing.
