Odiase Ehis – The Foundation General Manager

Odiase Ehis: A Life of Service, Music, Entrepreneurship, and Real EstateOdiase’s academic prowess and leadership potential became evident during these formative years. After completing his secondary education, Odiase proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where he earned a degree in Political Science.

Throughout his academic career, Odiase displayed a deep passion for music and a commitment to its growth. He actively contributed to the music ministry at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Pre-Science Campus and the Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS). Odiase served as the music director for the CYON (Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria) and as the assistant music director for the church’s main choir, showcasing his musical talents and leadership abilities.

Odiase’s impact on the music scene extended beyond his local community. He was a member of the group that won the Isele-Uku Diocese Silver Jubilee Celebration music competition, further solidifying his reputation as a talented and dedicated musician.

His exceptional leadership and dedication earned him the prestigious “Best Rotaractor of the Year” award for two consecutive years, 2004/2005 and 2005/2006. He later became the President of the Rotaract Club of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in the 2006/2007 Rotary year. Under his “Lead the Way” leadership, he spearheaded numerous impactful projects, including providing financial assistance to underprivileged students, championing HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted disease awareness campaigns, and organizing community sanitation initiatives. His remarkable achievements during his tenure earned him “President of the Year” award from the Rotary International President.

Odiase co-founded Intaccess Consultants Limited in 2009, an IT consulting firm that has become a beacon of innovation and excellence in the industry. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Odiase has also been actively involved in the real estate industry. He currently serves as the manager of the Agbor area office of Gifted Hands Properties,

Maria Salve Jalaran was born in Quezon City, Philippines, and spent her formative years in Antipolo City. From a young age, she assumed the responsibility of being the family’s breadwinner, a role that shaped her character and instilled in her a profound sense of duty and perseverance. Growing up in an environment marked by challenges, Maria developed an unwavering resilience and a strong commitment to overcoming adversity.

Her childhood experiences became the foundation for her values—creativity, determination, and industriousness—which continue to guide her personal and professional journey. These qualities not only enabled her to navigate the complexities of life but also inspired her to pursue opportunities that would allow her to uplift others. Maria’s early years reflect a story of courage and purpose, demonstrating how hardship can be transformed into strength and vision.

Maria established a strong academic foundation at CIT University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Driven by her passion for business and finance, she furthered her expertise by completing a Diploma in IFRS, equipping her with advanced knowledge of international financial standards. Looking ahead, Maria is committed to advancing her professional journey by pursuing the ACCA qualification and an MBA program, reflecting her steadfast commitment to lifelong learning, leadership, and growth in the field of business and finance.

During her academic years, Maria was recognized for her excellence at SPI-Antipolo, where she was honored with the Student of the Year Award for her outstanding academic performance. She also received a scholarship from the EAG Foundation, a distinction that highlighted her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.

Personal Interests and Community Involvement
Maria’s heart for service is evident in her involvement with the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging (CFCA) in Angono, Rizal. She dedicated her time to teaching sponsored children, assisting with assignments, organizing recreational activities, and supporting elderly members with their writing needs. Even while working abroad, Maria remains deeply committed to empowering children and young people to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential. She also advocates for single mothers, encouraging them to stand proud and resilient in their journeys.
